Get Fit Newbies
Train with us and Get Fit to run your first 5k. This class meets for six weeks and is designed for the newbie. Release your inner runner and let our coaches help you Get Up, Get Moving and Get Fit!
Get 10K Fit
You have run 5k's but you want to go longer. Come join us for an eight week class that will build your strength and endurance and motivate you to achieve your goals.
Get Trail Fit
Get dirty with us! We will train for eight weeks in beautiful Palo Duro Canyon. This class will improve core strength and increase your fitness level so that you can complete a 9 mile trail race.
Get Half Marathon Fit
We will help you go the distance with our fitness based pace groups. This twelve week course will include speed work, tempo runs, and long runs for the challenge of a Half.
