Join Get Fit on January 22nd for Sound Mind. Sound Body. – An ASICS Wellness Education Series. Enjoy expert talks from Annie Pounds (nutritionist), Brian Myers (strength trainer), Roxanne Myers (massage therapist), Cheryl Hukill (licensed professional counselor), and RJ Ojeda (Currex/PowerStep representative)- all focused on supporting both mental and physical well-being from head-to-toe. Tickets are $10, limited to 50 attendees. All participants receive an ASICS swag bag and are entered into a raffle for select services and sessions! This event will be from 6:30 - 8:30 PM at Get Fit on Georgia (1911 S. Georgia St. Amarillo). We’re committed to helping our community step into 2026 as the healthiest version of themselves, starting with a sound mind and sound body.

Registration is OPEN for Get Fit's annual Cold As Ice 5K, 10K, and 1 mile on Saturday, January 31, 2026. Runners will take off promptly at 8:30 AM from the Get Fit parking lot on 1911 S. Georgia St. Amarillo, Tx. Proceeds of this race will benefit The Bridge Children's Advocacy Center.  Only the first 250 registrants will be guaranteed a race shirt, but you are not guaranteed a certain size. Awards will be given for overall winners, masters (over 50), and age group winners (5K & 10K only).
